Messages: All chats (person-to-person or group) are not stored on our servers once delivered. They remain only on participants’ devices.

Media Files: As Signyn is intended for professional use in the construction and fitout industry, files such as images, drawings, documents, videos, and audio recordings are stored securely on our servers to enable collaboration, access, and retrieval.

Information Collected with Permissions

With your consent, we may access the following:

  • Contacts: To connect you with your team and identify existing users.
  • Camera & Photos: To allow capturing and sharing of media.
  • Videos & Documents: To upload and share project content securely.
  • Microphone & Audio: To record and send voice messages.

Permissions can be managed anytime in your device settings. You may withdraw access at any time, although certain app functions may become limited.
